Perhaps I am partially to blame....

Bipolar
You scored 61% depression and 53% mania!
You are bipolar. There are different types of bipolar disorder, of which I am not very experienced, but I will tell you what I know. Type I is the most serious one, with mania and depression, being both quite serious. Type II, with hypomania (a milder mania) and depression. Type III is usually called cyclothymia, with mild episodes of depression and mania. Bipolar disorder affects around 1% of US citizens (statistics made in the US). From my own experience I know this is a difficult disease to cope with, which can be said for many reasons: the sudden changes of mood, the highs of the manic phases and the lows of the depressive ones... Plus, most psychiatrists agree that one is a bipolar for life, since there is no cure for it, only a stabilizing treatment. Wait, this is no reason to go kill yourself... I'll tell you my own opinion: the best thing to do is to see a psychiatrist if you haven't done it yet, and then follow the treatment. I mean, I sincerely prefer following a lifelong treatment than being so ill, being hospitalized or even killing myself. There is always someone who loves us, we have to stay here. Please. Usual treatment is a mood stabilizer, the most used thereof being lithium, even though some psychiatrists prefer using the milder valproate. Lithium is not so evil as it is usually painted, of course it has a couple side effects, but even a simple aspirin does. It requires periodical takings of blood: after a while you will get used to it. If you are on a depressive phase you might as well have to take mild antidepressants. A well-led psychotherapy can also do some good.
